Dale has been effectively serving churches as a pastor and Ministry Strategist for 35 years. For the last 18 years, Dale has partnered with over 200 churches in stewardship/generosity initiatives to enable these churches to fund their ministry and mission objectives. His expertise includes capital and annual campaigns, church stewardship analysis (Stewardship Discovery) and generosity coaching.
His passion is the church, and his calling is to use his gifts of leading and teaching to maximize the church’s impact and influence in the church’s ministry community.
Dale earned a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma Baptist University, and a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Systematic Theology from Southwestern Theological Seminary.
Dale has served as a teaching fellow at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX, as an Adjunct Professor at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO and William Jewell College in Liberty, MO, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City, OK in Systematic Theology, Homiletics and Church Administration.
Dale was married to Diane for 35½ years, and they have three fabulous daughters: Melissa, who lives in Spokane, WA, with her husband and two children; Michelle, who lives in Oklahoma City, OK, with her husband and daughter; and Megan, who lives in Kansas City, MO. Dale resides in Oklahoma City, OK.
