POTENTIAL AND POSSIBILITY STUDY

In preparing for your capital campaign, Horizons conducts a detailed feasibility study to determine an actual anticipated range of campaign commitments, garner support from key leaders and gain vital insights into the development of campaign and communication plans. Our process includes online and in-person surveys, input from key leaders, and critical analysis of relevant church and demographic data. Our recommendations utilize the wisdom and expertise gleaned from raising more than $4 billion in churches and denominational groups all across the country.

FLEXIBLE DESIGN PROCESS

We collaborate with the leaders in your church to create a strategy that best meets your unique needs and culture. The key to this process is the deep understanding your church gains through our pre-campaign study.

OUR PRESENCE

Our Ministry Strategists work only a limited number of campaigns a year, allowing for much more on-site time and schedule flexibility. This allows our Ministry Strategists to be present for all recruitment, training and scheduled meetings. Your strategist will personally continue to guide you during the entire contribution period of your church’s campaign.

OUR GUARANTEE

If, for any reason, your church is not satisfied with our capital campaign services, you will receive a full refund. Also, after the review of the Potential and Possibility Study, your church can elect to cancel or delay the campaign with no further cost to the church.

What to expect from Horizons as we work alongside you

WE LISTEN

Before recommending strategies, we identify your unique giving culture through getting to know your ministry context and your current and future challenges and opportunities.

PLEDGE FULFILLMENT

We collaborate with you to create a specific written plan outlining the steps to take after pledges have been received. When implemented, this will significantly impact the amount of actual contributions collected.

Technology

From data analysis software, video meetings, and online surveys, Horizons provides you with several tools to better engage with your congregation. In addition, Horizons provides clients access to an online media library filled with resources, samples and templates and the option for digital or hard copy manuals.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Your Ministry Strategist serves as an adviser throughout the entire giving period and beyond and is present for all recruitment, training and scheduled meetings. Your strategist will personally guide you for the entire contribution period for your commitments.

MORE TIME FOR YOU

Your Ministry Strategist intentionally works a limited number of campaigns each year to provide you with more time on-site, increased flexibility and the personal attention you deserve.
